Mr. Spencer Wesley Collins, 21, died Friday, May 12, 2023, at his residence.
He was born Friday, August 10, 2001, in Martin, to Charles and Rhonda Rice Collins.
He is a member of Gleason Church of Christ, worked at Gibson County Sheriff Dept. as a jailer and was an avid duck caller with several championships across multiple states.
He is survived by his parents: Charles and Rhonda Collins, of Gleason; a sister: Brittney (Nick) Chappell, of McKenzie; a brother: Caycee (Jessica) Collins, of Gleason, and four nieces: Madilyn, Landry and Lydia Chappell and Emma Collins.
Funeral services for Mr. Collins are Thursday, May 18, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home. The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday 10:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow at New Hope Cemetery, Gleason.
