Paris, Tenn.–Henry County General Sessions Judge Vicki Snyder is issuing the following statement.
“Due to the storm that affected our county overnight, the Court found it appropriate to reset some cases for those that were unable to show up this morning (May 4, 2021). It will be the responsibility of the defendant who may have missed to contact their attorney or the General Sessions Court Clerk’s Office to determine their next court date.”
This exception is for today’s court only and court scheduled for the rest of this week will proceed normally. Anyone who experienced problems appearing today may contact their attorney directly, or the court clerk’s office at (731) 642-0461 to inquire about their new date to appear.
