Paris, Tenn.–The statistics are in! World’s Biggest Fish Fry Assistant General Manager Chris Collingsworth said he and his fellow board members have had time to sit down and do the numbers and they calculated that 10,000 fish dinner tickets were sold at the Fish Tent last week. There were 550 gallons of mix; 200,000 hush puppies were made; and 10,000 pounds of catfish were fried. City of Paris Community Development Director Jessica Crouch confirmed earlier estimates that 30,000 people attended the Grand Parade on Friday.
