Bernie B. Bomar, 70, of Paris, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, May 2, 2024, at his residence.
Bernie was born Sunday, July 5, 1953, in Paris, Tennessee, to the late Bernard B. Bomar and the late Juanita Barnett Bomar.
Mr. Bomar was a graduate of Henry County High School.
He formerly worked for Holley Carburetor of Paris.
Bernie later became an LPN, working for Henry County Healthcare and Morningside Assisted Living of Paris.
He married Cheryl Kosser Bomar Friday, November 15, 1996, and she preceded him in death on Friday, August 29, 2014.
He is survived by his son: Shannon (Christy) Bomar; grandson: Hugh Bomar, all of Paris; niece: Misty (Casey) McGregor, of Martin; and by great niece and nephew: Emma and James McGregor.
His body is to be cremated and a private celebration of life will be planned for a later date.
