McKenzie, Tenn.–A Paris student has been awarded the Clifford H. “Ted” Rees, Jr. Scholarship to help him complete his HVAC training at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology (TCAT) in McKenzie.
Austin Watkins received the $2,500 scholarship from Skills USA. This scholarship was designed to encourage certification or college/postsecondary study in a HVAC/R or a general construction program and enable the student to pursue their passion in the field.
