Margaret Bernice Grizzard, 59, of Indian Mound, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2024.
She was born in Camp Lejune, North Carolina, Sunday, May 24, 1964, the loving daughter of Charles Nick and Iva Gale Burkhart of Big Rock, Tennessee.
She and her brother, being children of a military family, got to see a lot of the country with her parents. Many fond memories were made during their childhood.
Margaret was a Registered Nurse and had a love and passion for caring for the elderly at Tennessee State Veteran’s Home in Clarksville, Tennessee.
She loved spending time with her grandchildren, spoiling them with her love.
She also enjoyed spending time with her dogs. Margaret was a loving wife, daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and dear friend to many.
She is preceded in death by her mother: Iva Gale Turner Burkhart.
Margaret leaves behind the family she loved dearly, husband: Keith Grizzard; sons: Zachary Grizzard (Piper) and Daniel Grizzard, both of Indian Mound, Tennessee; daughter: Jenna Greene, of Indian Mound, Tennessee; father: Charles Burkhart; brother: Brian Burkhart (Stephanie), of Madisonville, Louisiana; grandchildren: Ryder and Iva Grizzard.
A visitation and funeral service will be held at Anglin Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 16, 2024.
Visitation will begin at 10:30 am and continue until the funeral service at 1:00 pm with Bro. David Whitehead officiating.
Burial will follow at Smith Cemetery.
Those serving as pallbearers are Josh Mendoza, Jacob Mendoza, Cole Keatts, Tyler Keatts and Kustin Keatts.
