Carroll County Relay For Life Cancer Bake Auction

The Carroll County Relay for Life Cancer Bake Auction kicks off on Monday on WHDM 98.9 FM and AM 1440.
The week-long event will be held at the McKenzie Church of Christ fellowship hall. Last year the radio auction raised over $10,000 for the American Cancer Society. Coordinator Sherry Washburn said, “This is a big event for Carroll County, and we appreciate all that contribute and buy items to support the project.”
Phones this year will be provided by The McKenzie Banner. Phone numbers will be 731-358-3663, 731-358-2511, and 731-358-3931. The auction begins each day at 1 on WHDM radio. It will also be streamed live over our radionwtn.com webpage.
Volunteer auctioneers this year will be Chance Steen, Terri Howell, Tim McBride and Craig Lunn, Kenny McBride and Kenny Carr. David Jackson will be assisting as well. If you want to donate items, be sure and have them at the building by 8:00 AM, the day of the auction.
