Mrs. Silvia Elaine Jackson Pope, 68, of Dover, Tennessee, passed away Wednesday, August 30, 2023, at her residence with her loving family by her side.
She was born Wednesday, December 8, 1954, in Clarksville, Tennessee, the beloved daughter of Thurman Roy Jackson and Vadie Ruth Page Jackson. She is preceded in death by her father, Thurman Roy Jackson and son, Stephen Adams.
She was an employee at Joston’s in Clarksville, Tennessee, for many years. She was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, sister and dear friend.
Silvia is survived by her loving husband: Tommy Pope; mother: Vadie Ruth Page Jackson; son: Richard Dale Adams, Jr; sisters: Darlene Sandquist (Scott), Belinda Yahnel and Rita Jackson; grandchildren: Cheyane Adams and Zachary Adams.
Visitation will be held Friday, September 1, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. and continue until the funeral service at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. David Austin officiating.
Burial will follow at Austin Cemetery.
Those serving as pallbearers are Richard Dale Adams, Zachary Adams, Christopher Pope, Kevin Lucas, Mickey Mann and Devin Mullins.
