Carroll County, Tenn.–Most Wanted Fugitives Malcolm Omar Lee Jr. and Orlando Terrell Olive have been located in Jackson and taken into custody with the assistance of the Jackson Police Department. The pair escaped from the Carroll County Jail in the early morning hours Monday.
The TBI said, “Thank you to our law enforcement partners for their assistance and everyone who has called in tips!”

Malcolm Omar Lee Jr. and Orlando Terrell Olive have now been added to the #TNMostWanted list.
Each is wanted on one count of Escape out of Carroll County.
A reward of up to $2,500 is being offered for information leading to each of their arrests.
