Dover, Tenn.–Volunteers dumped dozens of rubber ducks into the Tennessee River for the second annual River Rubber Duck Race Saturday in Dover. The event raised money for the Stewart County Prevention Coalition and was held at the city boat ramp. After the ducks are dumped in the river, they ‘race’ to the finish line. (Kathy Taylor photo).
