Paris, Tenn.–The city of Paris has named Caleb Murnane the 2023 Public Works Employee of the Year.
The award was presented last week during the annual National Public Works Week. An appreciation dinner was provided to the Public Works Department and Mayor Kathy Ray read a proclamation praising the employees for their untiring efforts to keep the city looking good and functioning exceptionally well.
Public Works Director Phillip Jessie thanked all the employees for their hard work. City Manager Kim Foster said, “From clearing snow and dealing with drainage issues in heavy rains to repairing potholes and picking up sanitation and SO MUCH more, these guys keep our City running smooth.”
