Paris, Tenn.–Henry County Sheriff Josh Frey spoke to the Paris Quota Club members and guests. This is Frey’s 26th year in law enforcement.  He discussed several programs – the work release program, the mandatory life skills class, a grant to purchase a body scanner, the deer program and the garden.  He said that most of the inmates are in for drug abuse.  He said that meth and prescription drug abuse are Henry County’s biggest problem right now.  The county currently has two tracking dogs and five drug dogs.
