Mrs. Patricia Leckie Hart, 78, of Paris, Tennessee, died Saturday, January 28, 2023, at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center.
Patty Hart was born Monday, September 25, 1944, in Mayfield, Kentucky, to John William Leckie and Elsie McAlpin, who both preceded her in death.
Patty Hart was a longtime, active member of East Wood Church of Christ where she also helped with Joyland Preschool.
She was a beautician for almost 60 years and spent considerable time helping her husband Terry Wayne Hart with his business at Bon Ton Cleaners.
She was talented in many ways and enjoyed serving others and will perhaps be remembered most for the love she had for her family and friends.
She was married to Terry Wayne Hart Friday, November 23, 1962. He preceded her in death Friday, April 23, 2021.
She is survived by her sons: Jason (Jennifer) Hart, of Harrison, Arkansas, and Keith (Julie) Hart, of Spring, Texas; sister: Wanda (Mackie) Gallimore, of Puryear, Tennessee; brother: Glenn Leckie of Murray, Kentucky; and John Austin, AnnaGrace, and Ava Beth Hart; Daniel, Micah, and Jaycee Hart.
Patty is also survived by sister-in-law, Janice Jackson of Paris, TN and sister-in-law, Wynelle Lewis of Alexandria, Virginia.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, February 6, 2023, at McEvoy Funeral Home, with Jason Hart, her son, and John Austin Hart (her grandson) officiating.
Lavelle Davidson, Cameron Hart, Daniel Hart, John Austin Hart, Micah Hart, Russ Hart, David McAlpin and Mark McAlpin will serve as pallbearers.
Burial will be held at Memorial Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday, February 6, 2023, prior to the service.
