Lieutenant Colonel William R. Kaler, 88, Union City, died at Obion County Nursing Home Friday.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at White-Ranson Funeral Home.
The burial will be at EastView Cemetery.
The visitation will be held Tuesday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at White-Ranson Funeral Home.
