Springville, Tenn.–A large crowd was on hand at Saturday’s Hummingbird Banding Event at the Tennessee National Wildlife Refuge in Springville and if you heard how cool it was and hate that you missed it–you have another opportunity.
There will be another Hummingbird Banding Event at Cross Creeks NWR on Saturday August 27th located at 643 Wildlife Road on Dover. Banding will be from 8:30 to 11:30 with a program on hummingbirds at noon. Again, folks will get a chance to adopt a hummingbird for $10.00.
