Mrs. Brenda Irene DeTalente, 75, of Indian Mound, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, July 3, 2022.
She was born Saturday, January 4, 1947, in Stewart County, Tennessee, daughter of the late Leabron Walker and Elizabeth Cherry Walker. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son: Scotty DeTalente, brother: Larry Walker, and infant sisters:Lena Walker and Juda Walker.
Brenda retired from Paris Landing State Park and attended the Church at Dyers Creek. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, who will be greatly missed.
She is survived by her beloved husband: William ‘Bill’ DeTalente, children: Harlon (Shelly) Norfleet, Dayton Ohio, Lisa (Troy) Steckler, Marietta, Georgia, Terry (Terri) Norfleet, Erin, Tennessee, and Debra (Greg) Milliken, Dover, Tennessee, five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
The funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2022, at Anglin Funeral Home with Bro. Jeff Wallace officiating. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery, Indian Mound, TN.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service Wednesday. Pallbearers will be Greg Milliken, Harlon Norfleet, Terry Norfleet, Casey Clark, Keon Norfleet, Chase Manners, and Jason Knotts.
