Dresden, Tenn.–Weakley County students are preparing for spring planting. On Wednesday, the Weakley Farmers Co-op planted the demonstration plot on newly reclaimed land now designated for helping feed the ever-growing animal population at Weakley County Schools Livestock Production Farm. Nutrien and Syngenta will be planting later this week with help from UTMartin. School officials said, “We are very appreciative of the community support.”
