Obion County, Tenn.–Black Oak and Lake Road Schools’ Plus classes, sponsored by Jolinda Gurien and Jennifer Robertson, recently attended an overnight field trip to Coon Creek Science Center in Adamsville. The students spent the night and participated in a fossil dig and then learned how to clean and preserve what they found. Coon Creek Science Center is an educational study site for the University of Tennessee at Martin.
