Paris, Tenn.–In collaboration with the Paris-Henry County 200th Bicentennial, the W.G. Rhea Public Library is installating a new, permanent Storybook Trail at Eiffel Tower Park.
Old and new alike can walk the trail and read the panels that tell the story of a 200-year old oak tree, tracing its history and the changes that come with each new era of its existence.
This project was made possible by a grant from the Governor’s Early Literacy Foundation and in partnership with the City of Paris Parks & Recreation Department. The Storybook Trail will be dedicated to the community in a ribbon cutting ceremony scheduled at 11 a.m. Tuesday, November 30. Everyone is invited to attend.
