Union City, Tenn.–Kindergarten students at Union City Schools celebrated their 50th day of classes by dressing up in their best 1950s attire.
From poodle skirts, big hair bows and bobby socks to rolled-up jeans, slicked-back hair and sunglasses, many students looked the part in commemorating the occasion.
“Our students really got involved in the spirit of 50’s Day, and they were excited about dressing up,” UC Elementary School Principal David Byars said.
“It was great to see so many smiles on their faces.”
