
Paris, Tenn.-In honor of their hard work and dedication during the COVID-19 pandemic, Henry County Health Department staff and the COVID-19 response team today received Tennessee Department of Health COVID-19 Response Appreciation Coins from State Health Commissioner Dr. Lisa Piercey. The local department also received the “Outstanding Health Department of the Year” award and Environmental Health Specialist Natalie Hickman received the “Excellence in Protection” award.
The coins presented to the staff are considered a great honor as they are awarded to individuals who demonstrate an outstanding job performance.
TDH West Regional Director Marilyn Barnes recognized staff with the “Outstanding Health Department of the Year” award.
Additionally, Environmental Health Specialist, Natalie Hickman received the “Excellence in Protection” award for her outstanding service this year.
