The two men, Robert Lee Brown and Christopher Osteen, are each wanted by the Henry County Sheriff’s Office for aggravated kidnapping, aggravated burglary, and theft over $10,000.
A reward of $2,500 each is being offered for information leading to their arrests.
This is a joint operation by the Henry County Sheriff’s Office, Tennessee Department of Corrections, Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, and the Tennessee Department of Safety.
As we reported previously, a Fulton County Kentucky Highway Department employee was kidnapped by the escapees from a boat ramp on the Mississippi River.
At approx. 1:52 pm Friday, the employee and his department truck were located in the area of Hwy 218 and Iron Banks Rd in Henry County, where he was left by the escapees. From statements made by the victim, who was blindfolded, it was believed that another vehicle had been taken by the escapees at an unknown location.
Early Saturday morning at 2:38 am, a resident of Reynoldsburg Rd. was found by Henry County Deputies tied up in his home.
This person’s 2009 red Chevrolet Silverado extended cab pickup bearing TN. Lic 050WJQ was stolen. This occurred at around 10:30 am on Friday. Investigation has found that the escapees committed this offense. The truck has not been located.
