Paris, Tenn.–Leroy the Lineman made his appearance at Scarecrows On The Square today, thanks to employees of the Paris Utility Authority who installed him on the court square in downtown Paris for the annual event. Several scarecrows have already been placed around the square, also, by Paris Karate, Inman Bulldogs, Henry County High School’s FBLA, and Perkins’ Drugs, with more to come before judging begins on October 7.
