Dyer County, Tenn.–An update from the Dyer County Sheriff’s Office: Antoine Lakeith Thomas is now in custody along with Jashawn Branch. The two escaped from the Dyer County Jail after overpowering a corrections officer.
Still at large is Michael Deshon Bolden.
Inmate Jashawn Branch was apprehended by deputies on Fair Street shortly after the escape when a deputy saw him trying to enter a residence. Branch was taken into custody without incident and had severe cuts that also required medical treatment.
The inmates were able to exit the cell and then exit the building into a fenced yard. Inmates then scaled the 16 foot razor wire fence and were cut severely as seen by evidence left at the scene.
