Paris, Tenn.–Starting Monday, July 27, the Paris BPU main lobby will be closed until further notice. As COVID-19 cases continue to rise in Henry County, BPU officials said they are taking precautionary measures to protect customers as well as its workforce to ensure they are able to continue providing essential utility services to the residents of Paris and Henry County.
Customers needing to make a payment during this time are encouraged to use one of the drop-box locations, the outdoor kiosk, the MyBPU App or pay by mail. If you need information in order to utilize one of these alternative payment methods please contact Customer Service at 731-642-1322.
If you need to drop off a water test during this time, please call 731-642-1322 ahead of time so they can accommodate your request. “We will continue to answer the phones and conduct normal business functions. And as always, our electric, water and wastewater crews remain ready to serve Paris and Henry County at all times,” they said.
