Martin, Tenn.–The Martin Police Department is asking for help identifying the person in surveillance photo.
According to Weakley County Crime Stoppers, the man was observed on video stealing a purse out of a woman’s shopping buggy while she was shopping at Walmart in Martin. Anyone with good information will remain anonymous.
