HCHS Greenhouse Sale To Go On With New Format

hchs-green-crop

Paris, Tenn.–With a new format for 2020, the Henry County High School FFA Program’s annual greenhouse sale will be DRIVE THRU ONLY this year, as no students are allowed to help.

The sale will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 4 and April 11 at the greenhouses on Harding Rd. in Paris.

FFA Advisor Laura Moss said customers will enter the parking lot behind Patriot Stadium and pick up an order form. Then driving around in a counterclockwise fashion, you will stop at points around the parking lot to select your new flowering plants. As you pick them out, mark your order form and one of the advisors will help you load your vehicle. You can take more than one loop around the lot if needed.

After you are done with your selections, go back to the gate where you entered and someone will collect your order form and payment. Please bring exact change or write out a check to the Paris FFA.

Moss said, “We will only be allowing the appropriate number of vehicles in so we stay within the CDC recommended limits for social distancing so be mindful of that when you arrive.

“Thank you so much for your continued support of our students. Keep in mind that we had to move the sale up a week so the baskets are not at their peak right now and since we have had little sunshine so far, these coming weeks will have the flowers popping like crazy.”
