Paris Woman Charged With Assault On Officer

Paris, Tenn.—Two women were arrested on several charges, with one of the women charged with assaulting a police officer.
Paris Police Patrolman Amber Roaten arrested Rhonda Smith, age 51, while Paris Police Lt. Michael Ramos arrested Amber Bond, age 27, of 909 Rogers St., Paris.
Smith was charged with simple assault on an officer and her bond was set at $3,000 Bond was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Smith’s bond was set at $3,000, while Bond’s was set at $1,500.
