McKenzie, Tenn.—All aboard for the Easter Express in downtown McKenzie from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, April 20.
The event will include an appearance by the Easter Bunny himself, an Easter Egg Hunt for all ages, plus a train ride around the town square. Over 6,000 eggs will be hidden for the Easter Egg Hunt.
Cookie decorating will be included and the movie “Peter Rabbit” will be shown at the Park Theatre downtown.
The event begins at the Historic Train Depot on E. Bruce Street in downtown McKenzie.
Tickets are $15 per child will be pre-sale only. Only children need tickets. You can get tickets by calling the McKenzie Economic Development office at 731 352 2004 or on the event’s Facebook page.
The event is sponsored by the city of McKenzie and the McKenzie Economic Development office.
