New Logos For Patrol Cars Remind Everyone Of Child Abuse Prevention

Paris, Tenn.–Honoring Child Abuse Prevention Month in Paris, new logos for two patrol cars used by School Resource Officers in Henry Co. were unveiled. The Carl Perkins’ Center logos were fitted on the patrol cars and displayed at a Friday reception held at the center.
Paris Mayor Carlton Gerrell signed a Proclamation declaring April as Child Abuse Prevention Month. Officers from Henry County Sheriff’s Office and Paris Police Department were on hand for the signing. Department of Children’s Service Team members, Carl Perkins Center Board members, staff, and volunteers were also present.
Carl Perkins Center Director Carly Wheat said, “This year’s theme is Mary Poppins; Every Child is Practically Perfect in Every Way and Anything is Possible…Let’s Prevent Child Abuse!”
