Paris, Tenn.—A Sonny Melton Benefit Songwriters Round and Silent Auction is being planned for 7 p.m. October 25. It will benefit the Sonny Melton Memorial Scholarship Fund.
Nashville songwriters, featuring Cary Barlowe, Clint Lagerberg and Steven Lee Olsen, will be performing and tell stories behind some of their biggest hit songs.
Doors open at 6 p.m., with performance at 7 p.m. at the Krider Performing Arts Center (KPAC) in Paris. Tickets are $15 each.
Sonny Melton of Big Sandy was killed in the Las Vegas mass shooting. He was an RN at Henry County Medical Center.
