Paris, Tenn.—Paris Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a possible missing person.
According to the press release issued this afternoon by the Paris Police, William “Billy” Allen, age 56, was last seen by family members approximately two weeks ago.
However, a Paris Police officer saw Allen October 5 around the Take Me Back Café on W. Wood Street in Paris.
Allen is a black male, 5’ 11” tall, 225 pounds, brown eyes, black hair. He has a scar on his stomach.
