Paris, Tenn.–In collaboration with the 200th Bicentennial celebration of the founding of Paris and Henry County, the W.G. Rhea Public Library would like to announce the installation of a new, permanent Storybook Trail at Eiffel Tower Park. Old and new alike can walk the trail and read the panels that tell the story of a 200-year old oak tree; tracing its history and the changes that come with each new era of its existence. This project was made possible by a grant from the Governor’s Early Literacy Foundation and in partnership with the City of Paris Parks & Rec department. The storybook trail will be dedicated to the community in a ribbon cutting ceremony scheduled for Tuesday, November 30 at 11 a.m. Everyone is invited to attend.
