Huntingdon Heritage Festival

Huntingdon, Tenn.–The Huntingdon Heritage Festival has announced the music lineup for the annual event, set for September 28 in downtown Huntingdon. It’s FREE and fun for the entire family, with a continuous lineup of entertainment starting at 9 a.m.
Headliner will be Kellye Cash of Carroll County, former Miss America and great-niece of Johnny Cash. Kellye works at Bethel University’s music department and has worked in professional theatre for years.

Fisher Stokes, a 17 year old up and coming musician in the world of country and southern rock music, blends timeless melodies with fresh energetic vibes. Raised in small town Huntingdon, TN, Fisher is carving out his own niche in the genre, captivating audiences with his unique blend of country roots and southern rock flair. Fisher brings a fresh perspective and youthful energy to his music. When Fisher is not playing local gigs or practicing his guitar and vocals, Fisher loves going to the TN river to hang out with his friends. Keep an ear out for this promising young talent—-he’s just getting started.
West Tennessee natives “Wallace and Company” have been playing the club circuit of West Tennessee, North Mississippi and Western Kentucky for the better part of the past 30 plus years. Specializing in the best of country, southern rock, and blues music. Consisting of Joe “Willie” Wallace on guitar and vocals, Cory Bridges, vocals and keyboards, Joe Lambert on drums and vocals, and Carl Byars on bass guitar and vocals.
Following her year as Miss America 1987 which included performances with her great-uncle Johnny Cash, Bob Hope and Lee Greenwood, Kellye returned to college (Memphis) to continue her studies in speech, piano, voice and launch her career as a performer and speaker. Kellye stays busy working in the Bethel University Music Dept., as her church Interim Music Director, a piano/voice teacher, a concert artist, and as a musical director for community theatre productions.
Since 2001, Kellye has worked in professional theatre. Some of her roles include Donna in MAMMA MIA, Annie in ANNIE GET YOUR GUN, the Narrator in JOSEPH, and Patsy Cline (a role she’s become known for) in ALWAYS…PATSY CLINE.
