Paris, Tenn.–Retired Army Master Sargeant William Milam Jr. of Henry will be honored at a Veterans’ Day program to be held at 6 p.m. Saturday, November 11 at the Krider Performing Arts Center in Paris.
Henry County Mayor John Penn Ridgeway will present a special proclamation in honor of Milam.
The program is free to the pubic and the guest speaker will be Maj. General Tommy Baker, Commissioner of Tennessee Veterans’ Services. The program will include an Invocation by Captain Debra McGuire of Paris; presentation of the colors by the UTM ROTC Color Guard; recognition of local veterans by Henry County Veterans’ Services Director Jon Bolding, and performances by Henry County High School Bella Voce, Vocal Express and Rhonda Stanton.
