Relay officials said the event is planned for 4-9 p.m. September 10^th on the Henry County courtsquare in downtown Paris.

Lisa Dolliver and Debra Stoope said the Paris Elks Lodge will be hosting a dinner for survivors and one guest at the First United Methodist Church on September 10^th.
