Public Invited to an Afternoon Opening Reception Featuring Local Fiber Artists on Sunday, June 7th

Paris Academy for the Arts is pleased to announce its upcoming gallery exhibit, “The Fine Craft of Fabric,” showcasing the rich heritage and contemporary creativity of textile and fiber arts. The community is invited to celebrate the launch of this display at an opening reception on Sunday, June 7, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

The opening reception offers a unique, casual setting for art enthusiasts, craft lovers, and neighbors to mingle. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet the individual quilters and textile designers, learn about the historic patterns and precise techniques behind their stitches, and explore the galleries at their own pace. Complimentary light refreshments will be served throughout the afternoon.
