Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union City is hosting a community health fair on Friday, October 11, from 11:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. in the tower conference rooms near the hospital’s main entrance.  Free services offered include blood pressure checks, blood glucose checks, oxygen saturation checks, medication counseling, balance testing, heart risk quiz, and sleep quiz.  There will be a hands-only CPR demonstration and teaching about early heart attack recognition.  Some of the departments represented will be physical therapy, cardiac rehabilitation, radiology, oncology, hospice, pharmacy, and nutrition services.  There will be refreshments and giveaways.
