Obion County, Tenn.–A South Fulton man who was arrested Thursday on arson and insurance fraud charges now also faces charges of rape and sexual battery of a child.
Tony Dillahunt, age 55, was charged by the TBI with arson and fraudulent insurance charges.
The Obion County Sheriff’s Office now has filed multiple sex charges against him, including one count of rape, one count of aggravated assault, seven counts of sexual battery and three counts of indecent exposure. Dillahunt is accused of sexual assault of a child multiple times over two years.
Earlier, Dillahunt had been charged with setting fire to his South Fulton home and filing a claim with an insurance company.
