Dover, Tenn.–Five inmates from the Stewart County Detention Center graduated from “Life Skills Class” last despite the interruption of the class due to the Covid-19 virus.
At graduation, the inmates were presented a Bible and certificate of achievement as well as treated to a luncheon provided by Bumpus Mills Church of Christ for completing this class. Sheriff Frankie Gray congratulated the inmates who completed the class: Lloyd Allard, Darrell Day, Nicholas Hicks, Randy Jones and Billy Rigsby.
This is the fourth class to graduate from this program since initiated last year. It is under the supervision of Brother Phil Dunn and his wife Betsy.
