Paris, Tenn.–Henry County Medical Center’s Volunteer Auxiliary is collecting pencil boxes and wide-ruled notebook paper for the Henry County Family Resource Center beginning Monday, June 15 until July 20. The Auxiliary is asking for partners and the community to consider contributing to help students prepare for the school year.
“We are happy to collect for the Family Resource Center again this year,” said Tory Daughrity, Director of Marketing and Public Relations. “The Volunteer Auxiliary not only strives to make a difference at HCMC but in our community as well. This project is small, but so significant to students as they prepare for the new school year.”
All donations will be gladly accepted in the HCMC Pink Petal Gift Shop beginning Monday, June 15, when the shop will reopen for business. If you would like to donate money for the Volunteer Auxiliary to purchase supplies, please speak with a gift shop worker or call (731) 644-8531.
The Volunteer Auxiliary at Henry County Medical Center is comprised of nearly 50 volunteers that serve across the organization. Auxiliary volunteers offer their time, talent and dedication throughout the hospital in patient care and clerical settings.
