‘Dancing For Dogs’ Raises $4,411

Paris, Tenn.–A huge crowd was on hand Friday night for the second annual Dancing for Dogs benefit and a total $4,411 was raised for the Henry County Sheriff’s Office Animal Shelter. The event was held at the fairgrounds and included live music, concessions, a silent auction, door prizes, a 50/50 drawing and special performance by The Step In Time square dancers and cloggers. The event is hosted by Kaelin and Paul Wade as their 4-H project. In photo, Kaelin and Paul turn over the check to Sgt. John McElroy, who oversees the shelter.
