Paris, Tenn.–A Paris man wanted on a warrant for vandalism involving a vehicle over the weekend has been arrested by the Henry County Sheriff’s Office.
Jenson McGarity, age 23, of Clifty Village Lane, was picked up by deputies Tuesday.
According to the report, during an argument McGarity had jumped onto the roof of the complainant’s car and caved it in. While he was on the roof, it was reported he was hitting the vehicle with his fist.
Sgt. Wayne Fuqua inspected the vehicle and confirmed the roof was caved in back behind the sunroof. There were dents in the roof of the vehicle between the sunroof and the front windshield and there was also a dent in the hood on the front driver’s side near the headlight.
