
Union City, Tenn.–A Union City man was arrested Tuesday after meth was found at his home.
Investigators with the Obion County Sheriff’s Criminal Interdiction Unit conducted a ‘knock and talk’ at a residence on Oakshire Road in Union City after receiving multiple complaints of possible illegal activity.
The resident, Jerome McGee, did give investigators consent to search the residence and during the search drug paraphernalia along with a ziplock bag containing five large, white, crystal rock substances.
McGee was then placed into custody and charged with Possession of Sch II (Meth) and transported to the Obion County Jail where he awaits arraignment in Obion County General Sessions at 2PM.
