Paris, Tenn.—The Paris Public Works Department could not pass up the opportunity for a little fun while they were up in the city’s bucket truck cleaning and sprucing up the giant catfish that welcomes visitors to Paris at the intersection of Tyson and Mineral Wells Avenues.
