Paris, Tenn.—A Buchanan teen is being held on $100,000 in the Henry County Jail on a charge of rape of a child.
Johnny Elkins, age 18, of Mt. Sinai Road, was arrested by Henry County Sheriff’s Investigator Bryan Hall. Hall said the charge involves rape of a child under the age of 13. He said the incident occurred at a private residence.
Elkins is set to appear in Henry Co. General Sessions Court on Tuesday.
