Camden, Tenn.–If you find that you have celebrated the holidays a little too much, and find that a sober driver is not around, call the Benton Co. Sheriff’s Office at (731) 584-4632 and they will get you home safe and sound.
They will be offering sober rides home from and to locations in the Benton County area. On December 27th, and December 28th, 2019. We will also be offering rides on December 31st, 2019 New Years Eve.
There are limitations to sober ride home.
1. The pick up and drop off location must be in Benton County. If you live outside of Benton County, we can give you a ride to one of the local hotels.
2. Deputies will not take you to the celebration location. They are not a taxi service, it is your own responsibility to get to the party.
3. If you do decide to call them for a ride, please keep in mind that their response may not be immediate. Our officers may be busy taking someone else home at the time that you call, but will get to you as soon as possible.
