Hickman, Ky.–The Dorena-Hickman Ferry is temporarily closed for repairs starting Tuesday, October 15. The repairs will require the tugboat to be lifted out of the water.
The length of the latest closure is unknown at this time. Ferry operators said they will announce when they will reopen on their Facebook page.
The Dorena-Hickman Ferry is a vital link across the Mississippi River between Hickman, Ky. and Dorena, Mo.
