Union City, Tenn.–A Union City man is being held in the Obion County Jail on $250,000 bond after his arrest on two counts of aggravated sexual battery and two counts of solicitation of a minor to observe sexual conduct.
Timothy Ray Jackson, age 45, was arrested this week by sheriff’s investigators. He was arraigned Thursday in General Sessions Court and remains in jail.
