Paris, Tenn.–Michele Atkins at the UT Extension Office is offering a Babysitting Workshop for any 12-14 year old who is just starting to babysit and would like to learn more.
The workshop is from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, September 20 at the UT Extension Office, 1120 Tyson Avenue. Lots of hands-on activities and fun will take place, as well as learning about the do’s and don’t’s of babysitting, first aid, safe sleep and other topics.
The class is $10.00, which includes lunch and materials, is limited to 25. To register for the class, please call the UT Extension Office at 642-2941 by Thursday, September 19th.
